Our Forest School sessions are all about adventure, curiosity, and connection with nature. Whether you’re a toddler, teen, or adult, we create a safe, fun space where everyone can explore, learn, and grow—away from screens and stress.
Little explorers and their grown-ups are welcome to join our Wildlings sessions! We splash in puddles, hunt for bugs, build mini-dens, and get creative with mud and natural crafts. These playful mornings help pre-schoolers build confidence, make friends, and fall in love with the outdoors—all at their own pace.
Our Forest Adventurers group is perfect for home-educated children looking for hands-on learning and wild fun. Each week, we dive into nature-based projects, bushcraft skills, team games, and creative challenges. It’s a chance to learn, make friends, and explore the woods together in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Woodland Weekenders is our Saturday club for kids who love adventure! We climb trees, build dens, cook on the campfire, and discover the magic of the forest. It’s a great way to burn off energy, boost confidence, and make new friends—all while having loads of outdoor fun.
Leave the stress of school behind and become an Outland Explorer! This group is for teens who want to escape into the forest, master bushcraft, and recharge in a natural setting. Whether you’re lighting a fire, forging new friendships, or simply relaxing in the woods, every session is a chance to reset and feel like a true adventurer.
Nurture Groups offer a gentle, supportive space for children and young people with additional needs or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. We focus on sensory play, calming activities, and building confidence—always at each child’s own pace, with plenty of encouragement and understanding.
Wild Wellbeing sessions are for adults who want to unwind, de-stress, and reconnect with nature. Enjoy mindful walks, woodland crafts, and time around the campfire in a peaceful, friendly group. It’s a chance to recharge, meet like-minded people, and discover the restorative power of the outdoors.
Dress your child in layers appropriate for the weather. We recommend a base layer, a second layer, a jumper, and a waterproof outer layer.
Add cosy socks, boots, gloves, and a hat so they can stay comfortable and easily remove or add layers as needed.
In very warm weather, don't forget to apply suncream, bring a hat and a water bottle to keep hydrated!
We believe there’s no such thing as bad weather—just bad clothing!
Sessions usually run rain or shine. However, for safety reasons, we may cancel in cases of extreme cold, high winds (over 40 mph), or during official weather warnings (yellow, amber, or red). If we cancel, you’ll be offered rescheduling or a full refund
Our leaders are fully trained and qualified in forest school education and outdoor learning.
